Where is My Excel Form?

I am an accountant, dealing with various financial forms or salary forms all day. Office 2003 is the software that I use most frequently, especially Excel 2003. Every day, I need to create a lot of Excel forms or lists accounting the company costs and the salary of staff and building various company rules. In my opinion, the most useful shortcut key combination is Ctrl + S which can quickly and conveniently help me save the forms or lists I am working with in case of accidental power cut, computer crash or hard drive failures.

The end of every month is my busiest period, in which I need to send the salary to every staff, calculate the tax that the company should pay, report the detailed financial costs throughout the month to the boss. Thus, I need to create a lot of Excel forms every minute to help me with handling the job.

What I am afraid of most is to lose the Excel forms I am working with, but I have to say that sometimes I really forget to save the forms during the work now and then. God punish me! One day, when I was busy with these financial forms, power cut suddenly happened to me, and then, all the in-processing forms disappeared. Most terribly, it didn’t give me time to press Ctrl + S. What did it mean to me? I cannot imagine.

It was the end of the month, and the financial reports needed to be handed in to my loss as soon as possible. I have spent several days in accounting the detailed costs throughout the month, and everything was totally in a mess now.
